To begin with, this computer is outstanding for the price. You can upgrade the RAM to 8GB, although it runs exceptionally well at 4GB. Another plus to this model is the non-shiny finish on the screen. It reduces glare to very little. The color quality of the screen is bright and clear. It also offers multi-media touch controls, a definite plus. The speakers are top quality, especially for a laptop. Crisp, clear and easy to hear
